At eliminateeaflora, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our clothing decoration services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our clothing decoration services, all orders are considered final once production begins. Custom decorated items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or an error on our part.

Defective Items

If you receive a decorated item with a manufacturing defect or error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect
  • We will review the issue and determine if it qualifies for return or replacement
  • If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

Design Errors

If we make an error in the design execution that differs from your approved specifications, we will correct the error at no charge. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the order to report any design discrepancies.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at notifyuse@eliminateeaflora.world or call +1 (323) 725-6792 with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing upon receipt

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In unused, unwashed condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Within the specified timeframe
  • With proof of purchase and return authorization

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive email notification when the refund is processed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order. Exceptions may be made for defective items or errors on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items with custom designs approved by the customer
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
